Description

Job Description: 1. Coordinate and execute the entire process of Ocean Freight Export operations within the Asia Pacific region, following standard procedures and guidelines. 2. Manage the booking of cargo with ocean carriers, considering customer requirements and available shipping options. 3. Prepare and submit all necessary shipping documents within specified cut-off times, ensuring accuracy and compliance. 4. Review and confirm draft bill of lading (BL) provided by carriers, verifying shipment details. 5. Send pre-alert notifications to destination offices, customers, and other relevant parties, providing essential shipment details for customs clearance and delivery. 6. Monitor and track the movement of cargo throughout the shipping process, using tracking systems and tools. 7. Maintain regular and effective communication with customers, local offices, regional Control Tower, carriers, truckers, and other logistics companies involved. 8. Adhere to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure smooth operations and meet performance targets. 9. Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in Ocean Freight Export operations, preferably within the Asia Pacific region. Working experience more than 3 years. 3. Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, procedures, and documentation. 4. Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with various stakeholders. 5. Proficiency in using shipping software, tracking systems, and other relevant tools. 6. Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. 7. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipping documents and data. 8. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 9.
