Drive end-to-end execution and optimization of multi-channel paid media campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and creative strategies. Monitor key performance metrics, run A/B testing, and manage budgets for efficient ROI. Leverage analytics, reporting, and market insights to recommend improvements, propose new strategies, and present data-driven growth plans to senior leadership. The incumbent shall work in an extended team of 8 to 10 members. What does ‘Expert Performance Marketing’ do? Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and programmatic channels to drive acquisition and revenue. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment between creatives, messaging, and business goals. Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPC, conversion rates) and recommend improvements. Implement A/B testing strategies for creatives, audience targeting, and bidding approaches. Manage ad budgets, pacing, and forecasting for efficient spend allocation. Ensure accurate tracking via GTM, Firebase, and analytics tools. Build dashboards/reports with BI teams for performance visibility. Stay updated with trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to propose new strategies. Present strategic updates, performance results, and growth plans to senior leadership, making data-driven recommendations to inform future planning and investment.
