Requisition ID # 169401  Job Category: Project / Program Management  Job Level: Individual Contributor Business Unit: Engineering, Planning & Strategy Work Type: Hybrid Job Location: Oakland      Position Summary   Manages aspects of the SP&D testing program implementation and operations.  Ensures the program is operating effectively.  Responsibilities typically include some or most of the following supporting Program Management to ensure the attainment of program metrics/objectives.•    Developing, measuring, and reporting on the success of the program   •    Identifying and partnering with Subject Matter Experts to develop and implement strategies to reach the goals of the program•    Identifying and maintaining strong working relationships with all strategic programs and partners•    Managing relationships with and providing direction to coworkers and contractors•    Identifying stakeholders and communicating within and outside of PG&E     •    Developing and implementing policies and procedures •    Identifying new partners, technologies, and delivery channels  •    Partner with Regulatory and Compliance staff to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and support regulatory activities by supplying information for filings, data requests, and meetings with regulators.•    Developing and monitoring budgets and forecasts   PG&E is providing the salary range that the company, in good faith, believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job.  The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, collective bargaining agreements, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. A reasonable salary range is:Bay Area Minimum: $122,000Bay Area Maximum: $194,000&/ORCalifornia Minimum: $116,000California Maximum: $184,000This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.This position is hybrid. You will work from your remote office and your assigned location based on business needs. The headquarters location is flexible within the PG&E service territory.   Job Responsibilities   •    Works in conjunction with Principal to support SP&D testing program.•    Act as a technical expert in support of the development of Service Planning & Estimating promotional exams.•    Applies broad testing expertise and advanced knowledge to wide-ranging issues.•    Works in conjunction with various SP&D functional partners, including Service Planning and Estimating training leads in support of the testing program and initiatives.•    May act as a team lead and direct less experienced employees.•    Works with Directors and Managers across functions to influence decisions.•    Communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences using a variety of media. •    Integrates industry data-related knowledge into everyday business practices and decision-making.  •    Creates new and complex data models to facilitate business decisions.•    Provides direction on the overall program.•    Develop new or revise existing scopes of work to ensure compliance standards and deliverables are established.     Qualifications Minimum:   •    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business.  •    8 years of related experience or equivalent   Desired: •    4 years of testing-related experience•    4 years of Estimating or Service Planning experience•    Ability to influence leaders inside and outside of the department through data analysis, insights, and recommendations•    Advanced knowledge of Program Management•    PMP Certification•    Master’s degree
