Grade Level: L2 Location: Islamabad Apply by: 24th March 2026 What is Expert Reporting & Analysis Expert Reporting & Analysis focuses on ensuring accurate, timely, and insight-driven performance visibility for the B2B postpaid channel. The role is responsible for maintaining structured reporting frameworks, validating data integrity, tracking KPIs across functions, and conducting detailed trend and variance analysis. Beyond generating reports, the resource translates data into clear, actionable insights, highlighting risks, performance gaps, and growth opportunities while enabling informed decision-making for channel, sales, and management stakeholders. This role reports to Channel Planning Manager. What Does Expert Reporting & Analysis entail? Key Responsibilities: · Develop, maintain, and enhance recurring performance reports for the B2B postpaid channel. · Support the development of commission structures aligned with channel targets, revenue priorities, and profitability objectives. · Conduct impact simulations and historical performance analysis to validate incentive effectiveness before rollout. · Track and validate commission payouts against achievement data to ensure accuracy and governance. · Perform variance and exception analysis to identify discrepancies or over/under-payments. · Provide periodic commission performance summaries highlighting ROI and behavioural impact. · Support the structuring of channel-specific campaigns aligned with revenue targets and market opportunities. · Analyse historical campaign performance to recommend optimal mechanics, slabs, and incentive thresholds. · Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate uplift, productivity impact, and cost efficiency. · Ensure alignment between payout logic, KPI definitions, and business strategy. · Ensure data accuracy, validation, and reconciliation across multiple data sources. · Track and monitor channel, sales, and function-wise KPIs against defined targets. · Conduct variance analysis (target vs. actual) and highlight performance gaps. Key Deliverables: Automate existing manual processes to improve efficiency and enhance effectiveness of existing processes. Weekly and monthly B2B performance dashboards with KPI tracking. Target vs. achievement analysis reports with actionable insights. Data-backed recommendations to improve channel productivity and revenue performance. Forecast accuracy reports with risk and opportunity identification. Executive-ready presentations summarizing performance trends and business implications. Jazz is an equal opportunity employer. Experience and Educational Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (Masters degree preferred). · Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B channel planning, management, or related roles. · Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data · Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. · Excellent communication and presentation abilities. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. · Self-driven with ability to lead the teams independently without supervision Soft Skills and Technical Skills Required: Leadership skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
