Report, analyze operational monitoring for Regions current KPI (Gross Add, Recharge, MFS & Data) to ensure smooth execution of S&D. Track MBU and Franchise Operation including Sales, MFS, Data, Devices, Retail Development in order to take important business decision. Data extraction for reporting from MSTR and coordination with Commercial Planning/Reporting & Analysis team. To ensure delivery of different dashboards/presentations/reports to the management on channel performance and coordinate with regional team to ensure performance achievement. Monitoring and evaluating business growth analysis, cell site analysis and other ad hoc analysis as per business need. What does Sales Operations Lead do?
