• Development across different application levels – from backend and web applications to building a new mobile app
• End-to-end responsibility for assigned software solutions from conception and development to productive operation.
• Development of secure messaging solutions with a focus on end-to-end encryption, data protection, and reliable, scalable communication.
• Contributing to the selection and evaluation of suitable technologies, frameworks, and development tools
• Close collaboration with specialist departments and stakeholders to develop a user-centered solution
• Conceptualization, implementation and optimization of new app features throughout the entire software lifecycle
• Implementation of modern CI/CD pipelines and automation of build, test and release processes.
• Ensuring high quality, safety and performance standards

This is what you bring with you

• Studies in computer science, vocational training as an IT specialist (EFZ) or comparable qualification as a career changer, as well as several years of professional experience in software development
• Solid knowledge in the design and development of multi-tenant and scalable app architectures
• Experience in cross-platform app development using established and modern frameworks
• Expertise in technical decision-making, ensuring high software quality, and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Good knowledge of virtualization and container technologies, especially Kubernetes, is an advantage.
• Team player with high initiative, conscientious work ethic and a passion for contributing.
• Excellent German skills; English skills (level B2) are an advantage.
• A military career as a senior non-commissioned officer or officer is advantageous.
