Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

In this role you will drive GROPYUS’ revenue growth by generating actionable market intelligence, optimizing our go-to-market engine, and ensuring that our strategic positioning evolves in line with the dynamic demands of the real estate and construction ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in evaluating, shaping, and validating our current sales strategy, ensuring that all sales activities are transparent, measurable, and reported in line with our corporate standards.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Lead and refine market segmentation across key customer groups (e.g., municipalities, project developers, investors)
  • Develop persona-specific messaging frameworks tailored to decision-makers and influencers
  • Map and optimize buyer journeys; identify and address conversion barriers at each sales funnel stage
  • Integrate segmentation insights into sales playbooks and ensure team alignment
  • Analyze acquisition and engagement channel performance, focusing on conversion rates by segment and funnel stage
  • Coordinate and align marketing campaigns and events with cross-functional teams (e.g., MarComms, Sales)
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize channel spend and marketing efficiency
  • Conduct structured market mapping to prioritize sales pipeline opportunities using external databases and market data
  • Perform competitive analysis and monitor industry trends, including funding models and go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate with Product and Research teams to translate market intelligence into actionable insights
  • Evaluate and refine sales strategies based on market feedback; maintain and evolve sales playbooks
  • Ensure consistent and accurate sales reporting in line with KPIs and CRM standards
  • Prepare strategic reports for sales leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and market opportunities
