Qualifications

• Completed studies (mechanical engineering, industrial engineering) or comparable technical training
• Several years of experience in supplier management
• Solid knowledge of electronics and electromechanical technologies and related processes
• Training as a quality manager or auditor (e.g. DGQ)
• Good knowledge of APQP, PPAP, SPC, CPK, FMEA, Ishikawa, 5 Whys
• Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, resilience, English language skills, and willingness to travel.

Areas of responsibility

• Professional leadership and development of the Supplier Quality Specialist team and the assigned product group/technology
• Supplier management throughout the entire life cycle (“Cradle-to-Grave”)
• Ensuring coordination and communication with Advanced Supplier Quality
• Leading task forces in PEP phases and supplier escalations in series production
• Management and implementation of supplier improvement programs (focus on quality)
• Ensuring and further developing supplier quality in PEP (e.g. APQP) and AEP, as well as compliance with Marquardt quality requirements.
