JOB DESCRIPTION

Become a part of our Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) team by joining us as of the next possible date for a fixed term of two years. You support the fulfillment of current and upcoming legislation, including the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LKSG), European Union Deforestation Regulation (EU Deforestation Regulation), European Union Battery Regulation (EU Battery Regulation), Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA), Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), and Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD).
/ Create and harmonize compliance procurement strategies and practices for both direct and indirect suppliers within the TRATON Group
/ Standardize the approach to supplier risk analysis, due diligence processes, and the supply chain grievance mechanism
/ Maintain a comprehensive view of supplier risks, implement respective mitigation measures, and conduct effectiveness reviews
/ Coordinate and align internal and external reporting and communication with regulators and VW

YOUR SKILLS

/ You have a university degree in law, business economics or equivalent qualification
/ Proven experience in compliance management, regulatory reporting, and supply chain due diligence
/ Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with regulators and internal stakeholders
/ Fluency in English and German
