Job Description Define, maintain and support implementation of the global Supply Chain Management (SCM) standards - Focus on Warehouse and material flow automation Manage and update global SCM standard instructions Create business requirements for central SCM solutions and tools Train organization and offer technical support on the SCM processes and tools Coach the plants regarding defined standards and best-practices implementation Perform process assessments in country SCM organization to monitor the adherence to the standards Manage central learning platform for SCM related processes Support the implementation of CAO electronic Kanban in the WSD plants Support process definition and implementation of new ERP system Qualifications University degree Engineer in Automatization / Mechatronic (focus on Mechanic and or electronic) Minimum 3-year experience in Automatization Concepts / Development and Implementation Experiences on warehouses and material handling topics is an advantage Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and ERP system concept Fluent in English Project Management knowhow Team-work oriented attitude, intercultural experience (international teams) is an advantage Strong communication, moderation, and presentation skills Ability to coach and teach others Availability for frequent travelling to other Leoni plants Additional Information People of all genders are always meant equally; for linguistic simplification and better readability, only the masculine form is used in the text.
