Description
1.System Performance Analysis and Optimization: -Responsible for performance modeling, simulation, and validation of thermal management and compressor systems, defining system-level performance metrics (e.g., energy efficiency, cooling capacity, noise, reliability). -Based on system integration requirements, define performance parameters and interaction logic for subsystems together with team and customers. Competitive Benchmarking and Gap Analysis: -Lead technical analysis of competitors, including teardown testing, data collection, and performance comparison, to identify industry-leading solutions and technology trends. -Through quantitative comparisons (e.g., performance curves, cost-efficiency ratios, technology implementation paths), clarify the advantages and improvement areas of our products. -Participate in technology roadmap planning, promoting pre-research and feasibility assessment of innovative technologies (e.g., carbon-neutral refrigerants, AI temperature control algorithms). Technical Differentiation Definition: -Combine market demands and technical feasibility to define differentiated technology roadmaps for GTX (or other core products), such as high-efficiency refrigerant solutions, intelligent control strategies, and lightweight design. -Draft system technical specifications (System Requirement Document) to ensure performance targets are effectively communicated to downstream design and testing teams. Cross-Department Collaboration and Knowledge Transfer: -Collaborate with hardware, software, testing, and supply chain teams to ensure system performance requirements are integrated throughout the product development process. -Provide technical training to engineering teams to enhance their consistent understanding of system performance goals, competitive differences, and design boundaries. 2. Education / Qualifications Minimum requirements required for employee to do the job -Engineering University degree, Doctor is a plus 3. Experience Minimum requirements (years & domain) required for employee to do the job -Min 10 years relevant experience 4. Key Skills and Knowledge Minimum requirements required for employee to do the job -Experience in industrial BESS/IDC/Rooftop or high-voltage compressor development is preferred; -Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO, SAE) and regulatory requirements (e.g., energy efficiency, environmental protection); -Proficiency in simulation tools (e.g., AMEsim, Kuli, GT-Suite) or test data processing tools (e.g., Python/MATLAB).
Responsibilities
The Expert System Engineer is responsible for performance modeling, simulation, and validation of thermal management and compressor systems, as well as leading technical analysis of competitors.
