Transformation & EPMO is the strategic engine room that orchestrates enterprise delivery, drives cross-functional execution, and ensures that Jazz’s boldest ambitions translate into actionable, trackable outcomes. Operating within a high-visibility portfolio, the role ensures delivery hygiene, supports governance adherence, and drives momentum across Jazz’s enterprise projects. At the L2 level, the Expert is a Cadence Driver & Execution Controller, ensuring rhythm, hygiene, and progress visibility across strategic initiatives. This role suits candidates who are structured, proactive, and capable of keeping complex projects moving forward through rigorous coordination and stakeholder handling. This position reports to the Head of Transformation and EPMO and is part of the Strategy team. What does Expert EPMO do? As an L2 Expert in the Transformation and EPMO team, you will: Drive execution cadence by facilitating weekly meetings (CFT, stream-level) and maintaining alignment on action points and milestones. Ensure project hygiene by owning RAID logs, trackers, and key milestone reviews with minimal follow-up required. Support execution planning by drafting and maintaining Gantt charts, work plans, and project timelines with guidance from the L3 lead. Assist in communication by preparing decks, writing first-draft narratives, and updating dashboards for weekly/monthly executive visibility. Enable decision traceability by capturing, tracking, and escalating project risks, dependencies, and unresolved actions from Steercos and CFTs. Coordinate across functions, ensuring action owners are aligned, progress is visible, and blockers are addressed in time. Jazz is an equal opportunity employer. Minimum 2+ years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a PMO, project coordination, or consulting role preferred. Demonstrated experience in managing or supporting multi-stakeholder projects.
