  • Monitor and manage the enquiries email inbox, ensuring timely responses.
  • Identify and source suitable experts based on case requirements.
  • Liaise with Associates and solicitors to confirm expert availability and acceptability.
  • Conduct conflict of interest checks.
  • Prepare and submit fee estimates to solicitors.
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding enquiries to facilitate prompt progression.
