Catalyst Metals owns and operates the Plutonic Gold Mine in the Eastern Gascoyne region of Western Australia. The Plutonic Gold Mine produces 85koz of gold annually. The Company also holds the Four Eagles Gold Project in Bendigo. Over the next 12 to 18 months, the Company plans to bring three new mining areas at Plutonic into production. Catalyst Metals Limited is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX code: CYL). We are currently seeking a qualified graduate-level Exploration Geologist for an immediate start. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering resource development and exploration drilling and sampling programs, overseeing a team of contract logging geologists and field assistants/technicians. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate on the implementation of resource development and exploration programs Conduct geological assessments Ensure accuracy and integrity of geological data Train and monitor team members as needed Review and substantiate drilling contractor claims To be considered for this role, you will have: A tertiary qualification in geoscience 0-2 years of relevant industry experience High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Strong organisational and time management skills The ability to lead and coach effectively A proactive, motivated, and safety-focused mindset Availability to commence work immediately Permanent full-time position Attractive salary package and excellent rates Excellent family-friendly 8:6 roster
