As the liaison between the kitchen and the front-of-house team, the Expo is responsible for coordinating food orders, maintaining quality and presentation standards, and ensuring timely delivery to guests. Requirements Exemplify the Triple T Hospitality Experience: Dedicate oneself to delivering GREAT guest service, consistently going above and beyond for both team members and guests. Organize and prioritize food tickets to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Inspect all dishes for accuracy, presentation, and temperature before they leave the kitchen. Act as the communication bridge between kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow. Assist kitchen staff with final plating and garnishing of dishes as needed. Maintain a clean and organized expo station throughout the shift. Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to handle special requests, allergy alerts, and guest concerns. Qualifications Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Attention to detail and commitment to food quality. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment.
