Kitchen Expo Job Summary: Genesis Hospitality is seeking for experienced and team-oriented candidates for this high-volume restaurant, The Lambertville Station Inn. Candidate must be willing to work weekdays, weekends and/or holidays. Essential Functions: Takes the place of having no chef in the kitchen Front expediter making sure all orders are called to the cooks Finishing all plates Finishing and packaging all takeout orders Getting desserts together for the servers. Cleaning and organizing the kitchen expeditor area.
