The Expeditors primary objective is to ensure each dish is prepared to established specifications prior to guest presentation. Maintain a sanitary and organized work station Ensure only the highest quality food leaves the kitchen Facilitate a clear line of communication between the kitchen and wait staff Job Requirements Ability to effectively communiate in English (Verbal and Written) Valid Food Handler's Certificate Required Follow established menus and recipes Observe proper service etiquette Qualifications Preferred High School/G.E.D 18 years of age or older Strongly Preferred Valid Food Worker Card Minimum 1 year experience Physically able to stand, walk and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time Not convicted of felony
