JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Expediter to join our team in a fast-paced TOGO restaurant with limited indoor & outdoor seating. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining area by coordinating food preparation and service, maintaining high standards of food safety, and providing exceptional customer service. This position is essential for enhancing the overall dining experience for our guests. You are a very strong multi-tasker, and highly dynamic with guests.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel settings is preferred.
• Strong culinary skills with experience in cooking, food preparation, and handling.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer service and teamwork.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Experience with banquet service is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery to customers.

• Assist with food preparation and cooking as needed, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
• Manage the flow of orders from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide support in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas.
• Communicate effectively with team members to resolve any issues that may arise during service.
