Job Description Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Export Administrator to join our friendly team at our Markham Vale site on a full time permanent basis. Salary: £26,551 per annum. Working hours: 4 on 4 off, 6am-6pm. The Export Administrator is responsible for processing and progressing all orders from preliminary documentation through to delivery and acceptance by the customer, together with all licence/export documentation and invoicing. Key Duties of an Export Administrator: Dealing with all Distributor’s and Customer’s enquiries in a timely and professional manner. Preparing export quotations accurately and in a timely manner. Arranging transport delivery and monitoring all shipments. Preparing and reviewing all shipping documentation for export. Liaising with the warehouse to check stock availability and order fulfilment. Providing aftersales support to customers. Handling customer's enquiries/queries/order updates via telephone and email. Responsible for monitoring the companies licenses and certificates. Scheduling works and drivers ·Monitoring a record of goods received and leaving the warehouse. Produce commercial invoice and all necessary transport documents. Complete Export Customs declarations. Liaising extensively with clients and building successful long term business relationships. Qualifications Previous experience of working in Export and a high-level Administrative role. The ability to prioritise workload without supervision. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Outstanding Customer Service skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft suite.
