What we will achieve together : As part of the EMEA Continent / Intra-Group Export Customer Service, you will act as the main point of contact between all subsidiaries, the Group SEB export clients, the French production sites, and the continent’s supply team. In this role, you will proactively manage a portfolio of orders covering the Group’s entire product range. Your daily responsibilities include: Managing and validating customer orders according to the confirmations provided by production sites. Preparing shipment forecasts and planning multimodal transport (sea, road, and air). Organizing direct shipments to our subsidiaries as well as direct deliveries to end customers. Actively contributing to the weekly workload balancing of the platforms. Issuing and forwarding all customs documentation to the customs broker in compliance with legal requirements. Preparing and verifying invoices, and issuing all mandatory export documents. Handling commercial and logistics disputes. Bring your competencies : You are a Master’s level student (Bac+4/5) specializing in International Trade or a related field, and you are seeking valuable experience within a large international group. You are fluent in written and spoken English. You are rigorous, organized, and possess strong communication and adaptability skills.
