We are now looking for a dynamic Export & Business Development Associate to join our Branded Products Business Unit. You will report directly to the Product & Business Development Manager. Key Responsibilities · Drive the international expansion of PAPOUTSANIS’ branded and tailor-made retail and hotel products, identifying and acquiring new export clients. · Develop and grow existing international accounts, maximizing penetration, sales volumes, and product mix. · Analyze customer needs and market trends, presenting tailored proposing solutions aligned with local requirements. · Prepare commercial proposals, support contract negotiations negotiate contract terms, and monitor export clientele’s performance, revenues, and profitability. · Coordinate Cooperate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product Development, Supply Chain, Customer Service) to ensure seamless execution of export orders and product launches. · Act as the company representative in international meetings, trade events, and partner visits to strengthen global presence. · Monitor competitors, global market trends, and category developments to inform strategic export initiatives. · Support the development of new adjusted products for export markets, acting as the link between client requirements and internal teams. · Share market insights, best practices, and customer feedback with the product development team to drive innovation and improve offerings. · Ensure optimal data quality, working and updating daily client’s details through CRM and ERP systems. Requirements · 2–4 years of professional experience in FMCG, industrial, or B2B/B2C sales/business development, preferably with international exposure. · Ability to build relationships, set priorities, catch deadlines & manage day-to-day tasks. · Excellent communicator both in written and oral communication. · Tech savvy, experience with new technologies like AI, will be highly appreciated. · Excellent command of English (written and spoken). · Strong analytical skills and experience with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and reporting. · Commercial awareness and interest in export markets. Travelling is mandatory for the role (up to 15%-20% of time). · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Nice-to-Have · Knowledge of additional languages: Spanish, Italian, French or German. · Experience with Power BI, Microsoft 365, SAP or other data-driven reporting tools. · Experience in tailor-made product development or private label solutions developing brands and clients outside Greece. · Previous exposure to international trade, regulations, logistics, or export operations.
