Our Export Control and Sanctions (ECS) team, composed of 5 people, is integrated in the Global Trade function and focuses on leveraging our expertise on the ECS regulations as well as digital solutions to keep our business operating compliantly.   As an Export Control and Sanctions Specialist, you will work on ECS control process build-up and maintenance and lead ECS projects to support the implementation of evolving regulatory changes and stringent governmental requirements. You will be able to contribute to key and strategic ECS priorities and positively impact the ECS ecosystem. You will be accountable for:   Group Trade Compliance Policy & Program Implementation, Lead ECS digital evolutions both at regional and global level  Monitoring regulation evolvement, interpretate and take lead on the implementation of the responsible region  Advice on the compliant export and import operations with applicable regulations (License, Sanction Partner Lists, Embargos)  Create and maintain process documentation (Import/Export licenses, End-user/End-use certificate)  Successful deployment of initiatives and projects, Up-to-date communication, awareness, and training for the ECS network, Regular reporting and KPIs on current activities    We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid working mode.   About you  Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemical relevant, Legal/Law, International Trade, Supply Chain, Business Management or equivalent 0~5 years of work experience in export control and sanctions or global trade  Competencies:  Fluent in English (RESUMES MUST BE SENT IN ENGLISH)  Understanding of the ECS regulations in the region, Spearhead cutting-edge digital initiatives to streamline operations Project management skills, Ability to identify & anticipate regulatory and geopolitical evolutions, continuous improvement, negotiation skills  Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to implement solutions, SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) knowledge is desired  Behaviors:  Effective communication  Detail oriented  & Team spirit  Good interpersonal skills. Ability to partner with and influence others without direct authority; build consensus and look for collaboration with people from different functions  Strong resilience and ability to manage competing priorities About the pay   Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The annual base pay expected for this role is CNY 122,400 to CNY 191,700. Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience.
