• Coordinate and manage shipments with freight forwarders and shipping carriers to ensure timely transportation of goods
• Monitor and track shipments to provide real-time updates on delivery status to customers and internal stakeholders
• Communicate daily with customers, staff, vendors, and distributors to address inquiries and maintain smooth operations
• Resolve issues, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally
• Provide quotations for export inquiries
• Process orders, forms, and requests
• Prepare and maintain export reports, including shipment schedules, transit times, and delivery performance

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in air and ocean export, logistics coordination, or a related field
• A valid driver’s license is required to drive to airline and warehouse locations
• Multilingual preferred
• Knowledge of export regulations, international trade practices, and customs
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and client relations skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
• Proficiency in using MS office and/or export-related software

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM (1 hour lunch break included)
