We are currently looking for an Export Desk Representative to join our team. The Export Desk Representative is responsible for our global logistics services around IT projects and hardware contracts.

• Supporting our sales and services teams in finding and facilitating the best solution to move IT hardware globally.
• Managing the shipping process from start to finish.
• Ensuring that communication, both internally and externally, is timely and accurate throughout all phases of the transport process.
• Striving for continuous improvement in our work methods, processes, routes, and communication flows.
• Requesting freight quotes from forwarders, couriers, and local agents to match the transport requirements provided by the sales team and/or client.
• Researching the latest country regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements for various destination countries to ensure full compliance with international trade requirements.
