Te Tūranga | About the Role We're looking for an experienced Export Documentation Coordinator to join our Christchurch-based Logistics team. In this permanent role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring our products move smoothly to customers around the world by preparing accurate export documentation and meeting all regulatory, customer, and market requirements. You'll work across a designated export market and collaborate with NZ Customs, MPI, and a range of internal stakeholders to ensure exports are compliant and delivered on time.  Te Mahi /Key Responsibilities: * Processing export entries and lodging documentation with NZ Customs within required timeframes.  * Preparing and reviewing export documentation to meet customer, MPI, Customs, and destination-country requirements.  * Preparing shipping instructions and coordinating documentation with shipping lines to meet vessel cut-off times.  * Creating and managing health certificates and other export certification requirements.  * Uploading, validating, and maintaining documentation within relevant systems, including Prodoc.  * Proactively coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure documentation deadlines are met and exports move without delay. Ōu Pūkenga | About You We're looking for a reliable, proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of accuracy, compliance, and meeting deadlines. You will bring: * Proven experience in export documentation, export operations, freight forwarding, shipping, or a similar export-focused role. * A current NZ Customs PIN and experience processing export entries (essential). * Strong attention to detail, organisation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. * Confidence building effective relationships with stakeholders and working collaboratively across teams. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. Experience within the meat, food manufacturing, or primary industries would be advantageous but is not essential.
