We are looking for an experienced Export/Import Documentation Specialist cum Shipping / Logistics Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company’s all international shipments from end to end.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in import/export documentation, shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, port coordination, warehouse coordination, UAE transit operations, and day-to-day follow-up.

• This role requires someone who can take full ownership of shipments from the moment goods are purchased from suppliers until the cargo is cleared at destination and delivered to the client. The candidate must be able to handle office-based coordination as well as on-site operational work when required, including visiting warehouses, ports, and loading locations to supervise and coordinate shipments.
