Do you want to do more than just process orders? In this role, you'll ensure that our customers at Danfoss Climate Solutions receive on-time deliveries of our Bock product line worldwide – directly contributing to the success of our global HVAC compressor solutions. You'll be the central point of contact between customers, internal teams, and international partners, ensuring the smooth operation of complex supply chains.

This position is based

at our Frickenhausen location near Stuttgart .

Here's how you can get involved

• Coordinate international transport by air, sea and road freight and ensure that deliveries arrive at the customer's location on time and efficiently.
• Manage import and export documents as well as customs declarations and work closely with customs authorities and freight forwarders to guarantee compliant processing.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding open orders and reliably guide your customers through the entire transport process – from shipment tracking to resolving unexpected challenges.
• Optimize processes in the logistics chain and contribute your ideas to make processes even better and more customer-oriented.
• Work as an interface between internal teams, customers and external partners, ensuring clear communication and first-class service.

What we are looking for

• Commercial training in the field of industry, foreign trade, freight forwarding or similar
• Professional experience in export or foreign trade , ideally with a focus on international supply chains.
• Experience with customs declarations and container shipping – you know the processes and what matters.
• Proficient use of ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
• Self-initiative, flexibility and reliability – you work independently, think proactively and maintain an overview even in dynamic situations.
