Job Title: Export Manager – Frozen Foods IndustryJob Summary
The Export Manager will oversee and manage all international export operations for frozen food products, ensuring compliance with global trade regulations, maintaining cold chain integrity, and achieving export sales targets. This role involves managing documentation, coordinating with logistics, and building strong relationships with international clients and distributors.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3+years of experience in export management within the frozen foods or FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, cold chain logistics, and export documentation.
  • Experience in key export markets (GCC, Europe, Asia, Africa).
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
  • Export Operations & Logistics
  • Plan and execute export shipments while ensuring adherence to cold chain requirements.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics partners for timely delivery.
  • Ensure accurate export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, health certificates, etc.).
  • Regulatory & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, FDA, etc.).
  • Stay updated with export regulations for target markets (e.g., GCC, Europe, Asia, Africa).
  • Manage export permits, licenses, and certifications.
  • Client Management & Business Development
  • Develop and maintain relationships with international buyers, distributors, and agents.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
  • Identify and explore new export markets and opportunities.
  • Financial & Documentation Control
  • Oversee payment terms (LCs, advance payments, credit terms) and coordinate with finance for timely collections.
  • Manage export costing, pricing strategies, and profitability analysis.
  • Prepare and review export sales reports and forecasts.
  • Team & Coordination
  • Lead the export team to achieve targets.
  • Work closely with production, quality, and logistics teams to meet export requirements.
