The role focuses on export sales growth, channel development, international compliance coordination, customer relationship management, and execution of export operations. Key Responsibilities 1. International Business Development Identify and develop new export markets for Loom Solar products. Appoint distributors, importers, dealers, EPC partners, and channel partners internationally. Generate export sales leads through exhibitions, LinkedIn, trade portals, consultants, and industry networks. Build business in Africa, Middle East, South Asia, Latin America, and other target markets. Achieve monthly and annual export revenue targets. 2. Product Sales Responsible for international sales of: Solar Panels Solar Inverters Lithium Batteries Lead Acid Batteries Energy Storage Systems Solar Accessories 3. Channel Partner Management Build and manage long-term relationships with international distributors. Support partners with pricing, product training, marketing materials, and sales plans. Monitor distributor performance and payment discipline. Ensure minimum monthly sales commitments from partners. 4. Export Operations Coordination Coordinate with logistics, commercial, and supply chain teams for shipment execution. Ensure timely documentation: Commercial Invoice Packing List Bill of Lading Certificate of Origin Insurance LC documentation Track dispatches and delivery schedules. 5. International Market Research Study competitor pricing and market trends. Analyze country-wise import regulations and duties. Identify product demand by geography. Recommend new products and market opportunities. 6. Trade Shows & International Visits Represent Loom Solar in international exhibitions and trade fairs. Conduct distributor meetings and dealer conferences abroad. Travel internationally for business development and market expansion. 7. Payment & Commercial Management Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts. Follow up for advance payments, LC, and outstanding receivables. Coordinate with finance for export incentives and documentation. 8. CRM & Reporting Maintain daily updates in CRM. Submit: Daily lead report Weekly sales pipeline Monthly export performance report Distributor performance dashboard Track inquiry-to-order conversion ratio.
