Priority Worldwide is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Export Team Leader to join our team! In this role, you’ll manage air export shipments from A to Z, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to delivering The Ultimate Customer Experience.

• Handling export files “A-to-Z”, including: quoting, booking, dispatching, Preparing air freight documents, offering/issuing insurance certificates, tracking, troubleshooting, and invoicing.
• Coordinating freight daily with vendors/agents.
• Participating in department and branch team meetings.
• Rate/contract negotiation.
• Issuing pertinent freight documentation.
• Constant monitoring and replying to e-mails in the export’s and personal work mailboxes.
• Ensuring appropriate margins are met on shipments.
• Ensuring vendor compliance with Priority’s service standards.
• Maintaining and fostering vendor and client relationships.
• Timely actioning vendor and client requests.
