WHO WE ARE?

The group employs over 1,300 people with 16 sales and customer services sites across the UK and Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland, plus Europa’s own teams in Belgium, the Netherlands, Hong Kong, China, India, the UAE and South Africa.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AS A SEA FREIGHT EXPORT OPERATOR :

• Arrange LCL and FCL export bookings to worldwide destinations
• Arrange collections with nominated supplier
• Effectively liaise with clients, sales and other key stakeholders
• Handling orders, issuing Bills of Lading, invoices, issuing pre-alerts
• Knowledge of the physical loading of containers beneficial
• Customs clearance and entry within Sequoia
• Check supplier invoices to ensure files are accurately costed and invoiced
• Ensure that excellent and consistent service levels are always met
• Be aware of customer credit limits on accounts in-line with company policy
• Undertake any other duties as requested by their line manager, commensurate with the role
