Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Export Sales Account Manager to join our team in the adhesive industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in export sales, demonstrating the ability to identify new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. The position offers the flexibility of being part-time, with occasional travel required (fully covered by the company).

Responsibilities
  • Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the global market for adhesive products.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
  • Account Management:
  • Manage and nurture relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide excellent customer service and act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries.
  • Sales Growth:
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans and initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing client base.
  • Market Expansion:
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the adhesive industry, including product knowledge and market dynamics.
  • Explore and evaluate new market segments and geographical regions for potential business expansion.
  • Occasional Travel:
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to attend industry events, meet clients, and explore new business opportunities (all travel expenses covered by the company).
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for management review.
