Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for customer service and international trade? We’re looking for an Export Sales Administrator to join our clients’ dynamic team and play a key role in supporting our global sales operations.

THE EXPERIENCE FOR THE EXPORT SALES ADMINISTRATOR:

  • Proven experience in a sales support, administrative or logistics role.
  • Strong understanding of export compliance and international shipping procedures.
  • Proficiency with Sage 50 is essential.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an Export Sales Administrator, you will be the linchpin of our sales and logistics process, ensuring smooth order processing and export compliance. You’ll be responsible for managing orders from start to finish – liaising with customers, processing sales data, handling invoicing, and coordinating with couriers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE EXPORT SALES ADMINISTRATOR:

  • Export Compliance: Ensure all shipments comply with relevant export regulations and documentation requirements.
  • Order Processing: Accurately process sales orders and maintain sales records.
  • Customer Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing updates and support throughout the order process.
  • Data Entry & Management: Maintain accurate records of customer orders and transactions.
  • Invoicing: Generate and issue invoices using Sage 50.
  • Courier Coordination: Arrange domestic and international shipments and liaise with courier services to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Sage 50 Use: Efficiently use Sage 50 for order and inventory management.
