PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To process orders and reply to queries in an accurate and timely manner. To check stock availability from various warehouses and factories, with a view to maximizing sales and choosing the most efficient shipping options. To actively participate in relevant company meetings and be on top of the sales targets and own customers’ performance, advising the Sales Teams of the operational aspects of the targets sought.
Please note we are recruiting for two positions for this role -
1x Permanent and 1x Temporary role
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES -
This is not an exhaustive list and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessary to meet the goals of the business:
Receive, process and manage to conclusion, customer orders, queries, credit requests and information requests.
Manage and develop key accounts, seeking out and implementing best practice where possible and appropriate.
Liaise and manage the relationship with the company’s third party suppliers in respect of customer requirements.
Produce Sales Reports and other reports necessary to overseeing the performance of the accounts in the Distributor business.
Monitor and develop company systems and procedures for continuous service/efficiency improvements, with particular focus on the new FEWH business model.
Maintain records and files of work conducted.
Undertake project work and travel as may from time to time be necessary.
