Description:

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to join our team in the grease and lube industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales across the MENA, CIS, Asia, and Africa regions. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in driving international sales growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Export Sales Manager or similar role in the grease and lube industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of international sales practices, regulations, and market dynamics in MENA, CIS, Asia, and Africa.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently and work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: Up to AED13,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve international sales targets.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the MENA, CIS, Asia, and Africa markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with international customers and distributors.
  • Provide market insights, competitive analysis, and feedback to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance against targets, making adjustments as necessary to achieve objectives.
  • Travel internationally to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and conduct business development activities as required.
