PURPOSE:

We are excited to offer the role of Export Sales Manager.
The purpose of the role is to develop and manage strong strategic relationships with external distributors to deliver sales targets and build growth opportunities for our products in China and Asia Pacific.
This role reports to a General Manger Export & Market Development and will be expected to comply to our flexible work arrangement of working 3 days in office (Surry Hills) and 2 days from home.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Lead strong long-term relationships with distribution partners to deliver sales targets, identifying pragmatic solutions for their roadblocks in a timely and effective manner and pre-empting any potential problems for them with innovative solutions
  • Manage account relationship in the B2B Export channel & Duty-Free Customer & achieve sales target monthly
  • Good understanding of China Social Commerce & Social media platforms to drive online sales in B2B Channel.
  • Strong Demand Forecast Planning Capabilities including data analytics to achieve high forecast accuracy in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process
  • Analyse performance metrics to identify key trends, performance with sales, forecast and growth opportunities
  • Identify new businesses for Blackmores Group
    Prepare and provide weekly sales & monitoring trackers, monthly channel reviews, quarterly business reviews and annual Joint Business Plan
