EXPORT SALES MANAGER (PERFUME INDUSTRY)

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for perfume products in the region.
  • Establish relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts to expand the distribution network and ensure effective product placement.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive export strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance market share in international markets.
  • Achieve sales targets and profit margins as per company objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless coordination in sales, marketing, and production, ensuring product availability, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Conduct thorough market research to analyze competitors, consumer preferences, and industry trends, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with customers and distributors, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans accordingly.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management, offering insights into achievements, challenges, and recommendations for business growth.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, trade policies, and customs procedures to ensure compliance and streamline export operations.
  • Represent the company at global trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an export sales Manager or in a similar role within the perfume industry.
  • Proven track record in B2B international sales and distributor management.
  • In-depth knowledge of the perfumes industry, including products, market dynamics, and key players.
  • Strong business acumen and a track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share in international markets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and distributors.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, including market analysis, sales forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Familiarity with export regulations, trade policies, and customs procedures.
