RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Export Sales Manager to lead and expand our international sales operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing global markets, building relationships with international clients and distributors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and deep knowledge of global markets and export logistics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve company goals in international markets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and conduct market research in target countries.
  • Build and manage relationships with distributors, agents, and key customers abroad.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms in compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with logistics, finance, and production teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets for export markets.
  • Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company products.
  • Ensure all export activities comply with international trade laws, customs regulations, and documentation requirements.
