  • Business Degree in International Business or similar
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • An excellent communicator
  • Persuasive and a good negotiator
  • Understanding the international trade compliance requirements
  • Ability travel overseas as required and represent the group at trade shows and customer meetings
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrated ability to build and generate sales in key international markets
  • Understanding of exports and international trade
  • Developing market and industry knowledge
  • Developing trading networks and connections on an international level
  • Establishing a process for the movement of goods between Australia and other countries
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize distribution across the globe
  • Managing key distributors/wholesalers/key accounts on a global level
  • Setting targets for the internal market
  • Understand export compliance requirements
  • Managing administration such as orders, contracts and export documents.
