When standard containers are no longer sufficient, the exciting part of logistics begins. Our client moves vehicles, heavy equipment, and project cargo worldwide – and is looking for support in customer service.

Your tasks

• Independent management of international transport orders - from booking to successful completion
• Preparation, review and finalization of bills of lading, manifests and other shipping documents
• Communication with customers, shipping companies, terminals, as well as international branches and partners.
• Monitoring of shipments, deadlines and documents, as well as proactive problem-solving in case of deviations.

You bring the following:

• Successfully completed vocational training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Experience in international sea freight or in customer service at a freight forwarding company or shipping company
• Confident handling of shipping documents and ideally knowledge of customs regulations.
• Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
• Organizational talent, strong communication skills, and a structured, service-oriented work style.
