For an internationally operating logistics company with a specialized sea freight division, we are looking for you as a Sea Freight Export Clerk (m/f/d) in full-time at the Solingen location.

These are your tasks:

• You independently handle sea freight export shipments from order entry to dispatch.
• You organize FCL and LCL shipments and book cargo space with shipping companies.
• You coordinate preliminary processes and collaboration with service providers, agents, and international partners.
• You create and check shipping, freight, export and customs documents.
• You monitor shipments, provide customer support, and process offers and complaints.
• You coordinate vehicle, refrigerated and special transports as needed.

You bring the following:

• You have completed training in the field of freight forwarding and logistics or have a comparable qualification.
• You have professional experience in operational sea freight, ideally in export.
• You are familiar with the handling of FCL and LCL shipments as well as the relevant export and customs documents.
• You are proficient in MS Office and ideally also in freight forwarding software.
• You have good English skills and work independently, in a structured and service-oriented manner.
