We have a vacancy within our Operations department and are currently recruiting for the role of Export, Shipping and Administration Assistant on the Day Shift. We are looking for candidates who have relevant and proven experience seeking an opportunity to develop their skills and join a growing Organisation.
Shift Pattern: 39 hours each week with a flexible starting time between 07:00 and 08:00 Monday to Friday, with a flexible finish time between 16:00 and 17:00 Monday to Thursday, and on a Friday, a finish time of 12.00. You will be entitled to a 30-minute unpaid lunch break between 12:00 and 12:30 Monday to Thursday. Additionally, you will have a 10-minute paid break each morning Monday to Friday and a 10-minute paid break each afternoon Monday to Thursday.

• Accurate and timely production of dispatch and export documentation in line with company procedure and customer expectations
• Arranging collection and delivery of goods with carriers
• Provision of customer delivery notifications as requested
• Accurate and timely collection of proof of export
• General administrative duties including; filing, post, email and input / maintenance of data in production control system.
• Accurate and timely production of invoices/ credit notes and dealing with invoice queries
• Management of sales orders and dealing with queries
• Accurate and timely production of dispatch documentation in line with company procedure and customer expectations
• POD maintenance
• Efficient answering of the telephone and door
