Warehouse Associate (Export)
COMPANY: HornerXpress Worldwide, Inc.
REPORTS TO: Area Branch Manager
FLSA: Exempt
HOURS: Full-time
Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the warehouse who is able to thrive in a team environment. This role involves organizing inventory, preparing orders for delivery, and ensuring the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe. The Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role ensuring that products are efficiently handled while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Positive, enthusiastic and flexible attitude

  • Ability to read, write clearly and perform basic mathematical tasks
  • Ability to lift 80lbs, climb ladders and perform other physical duties as required
  • Basic PC literacy including ability to perform electronic data search and entry functions
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience a plus
  • Forklift operation experience a plus
  • Language skills a plus
  • Relevant warehouse experience of at least 1 year preferred
  • Export shipping experience a plus
  • Ability to attend company training programs including seminars on campus and elsewhere in Florida, both in and out of normal working hours
  • Physical inventory participation
  • Consistent attendance and reliability
