Concierge model Urgent Care Care Clinic open 8am-8pm x 365 days per year 1.0 FTE (Full time + benefits) Flexible shift options available including weekends Required to work 1 Summer Holiday and 1 Winter Holiday No call requirements Work with experienced staff No appointments necessary Fully integrated system with clinic and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination Responsibilities Position will split between two Express Care locations; Peck's Landing and Lindale Provide medical treatment for minor illnesses and injures Excellent assessment skills Work in a fast paced environment Provide high quality care to all ages Offer select diagnostic tests Prescribe treatment, refer patients for follow up care, and educate patients Qualifications Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Board Certified 1-2 years of Family Medicine or Urgent care experience, as an advanced practitioner; If new grad, must have ER or Urgent Care experience, as a nurse Hold an unrestricted medical license in the state of Iowa Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practice Eligible to work in the United States We offer Initial 2-year salary guarantee with ability to exceed on an innovative compensation program Attractive incentive package A competitive Total Rewards program offers benefits that align with your needs and priorities, no matter what stage of life you are in.
