We are looking for a driven, high-energy Express Lube Manager who knows how to run a fast-paced service lane, lead technicians, and drive production. This role is for a leader who takes ownership of their shop, demands efficiency, and builds a team that performs.If you know how to keep cars moving, train young techs, control workflow, and hold your team accountable, we want to talk to you.What You’ll Control: Lead and manage the Express Service team to maximize productivity and efficiency Ensure fast, accurate, and high-quality maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, filters, and multi-point inspections Drive service lane performance by maintaining strong workflow, organization, and accountability Train, coach, and develop entry-level technicians into productive service professionals Maintain quality control and safety standards across all express services Work closely with the Service Advisors and Service Manager to ensure a seamless customer experience Monitor daily production, technician efficiency, and department performance Maintain a clean, organized, and high-performing service environment What We’re Looking For: Previous experience leading an Express Lube team or shop environment Strong understanding of routine vehicle maintenance and express service operations Ability to manage workflow, maintain speed, and deliver consistent quality A motivated leader who holds their team accountable and drives results Strong communication and team leadership skills What You’ll Earn: $70,000 – $100,000 (commission-based pay) plus bonuses and opportunity to grow your career!
