Charlie's Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is looking for an Express Technician to join us immediately. Preferred candidates are precise, thorough, and natural doers. A proven track record of performing oil changes, basic maintenance, or minor repair work is ideal. Certification from a mechanical school, or currently attending school, is a HUGE plus! As an Express Lube Technician, you'll start by being responsible for inspecting and lubricating vehicles quickly and thoroughly. What We Offer: * Guaranteed Hours * 401k * Medical * Dental * Paid Vacation * $15 - $17 per hour (upwards of $20 per hour with bonus opportunities) Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Check and communicate oil level to teammates * Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation * Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary * Complete vehicle inspections * Install new oil drain plugs and new oil filters * Clean and lubricate fittings as needed * Provide excellent customer service * Help keep service bays clean and organized Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience: * Experience with all makes and models (Preferred) * Strong automotive background * Strong teamwork skills * Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check * Must have clean & valid driver's license Charlie's Dodge is one of the region's best dealerships, serving the Maumee, Toledo, Sylvania, Oregon and Perrysburg communities in Ohio since 1959.
