Qualifications: Consistent record of service and sales success Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Responsibilities: Schedules express service appointments. Refers to service history, inspects vehicles, and recommends additional needed service. Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts. Checks on progress of repair throughout the day. Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time. Maintains high customer satisfaction standards.
