We strive to ensure a supportive and collaborative environment where team members are encouraged to grow and elevate their careers through promotion within the organization. https://fieldsautogroup.hireology.careers/ [https://fieldsautogroup.hireology.careers/] Responsibilities * Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership * Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment * Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including routine maintenance, replace wipers, check brakes, etc. * Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs * Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications Qualifications * Prior express technician experience preferred but not required * Perform express duties in timely manner, perform inspections per state requirements * Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent * Excellent customer service skills * Basic Computer skills * Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality * Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment * Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines * Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment * Willingness to maintain continuing education What We Offer Medical, Dental, Vision, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Paid Basic Life Insurance, 401(k) Plan, Personal Time Off, Paid Training, Employee vehicle purchase plans, Health and wellness, Saturday Lunches, Discounts on products and services Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Responsibilities
