The role Korea Service Delivery Lead Contract Type: Full-Time | Location: Seoul, Korea Working Model: Hybrid (1 time per week WFH) Key Responsibilities Cloud Service Delivery Ownership Overall responsibility for customer cloud service operations, including: Microsoft 365 Azure AWS Other customer cloud services Manage service quality including: SLA Incident management Performance Security Cost optimization Act as the first point of accountability when customer issues occur and lead problem resolution Drive continuous service quality improvement and operational optimization Customer Project PM / PMO Role Serve as PM or PMO for projects such as: Microsoft 365 migration projects Azure infrastructure implementation AWS cloud migration and optimization Manage: Schedule, scope, and budget Communication between customers, engineers, and vendors Risk and issue management Quality and deliverables Business Collaboration with Microsoft and AWS Lead and manage business collaboration with Microsoft and AWS vendors Operational Reporting & Service Management For each customer: Cloud usage and cost Security posture (Secure Score, Defender, Compliance) Service availability and performance Prepare regular operational reports and conduct customer briefings Service Portfolio, Planning & Budget Management Manage service department budget and KPIs with APAC service leadership Coordinate with APAC on: Global resource availability Service direction Korea market service development Own overall project governance (GiSO process) with APAC service teams Hold regular meetings with APAC regarding service revenue and service programs (e.g., Microsoft programs) Sync service revenue monthly with local Finance based on project progress Lead hiring and staffing for the Service team What we need to see from you Bachelor’s degree or higher 10+ years of relevant experience Need experience and knowledge in Microsoft 365, Azure, & AWS. Strong leadership and strategic thinking Strong service operations and customer experience management Budget and resource management capability Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS projects Fluent English is required
