ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is a full-time opportunity for a friendly and organised Medical Receptionist to join our team. This role operates Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in providing exceptional front-line service to patients and stakeholders in a fast-paced, professional medical environment.
We are currently inviting expressions of interest for positions across the following clinic locations: Hampstead, North Eastern Community Hospital, Modbury, Golden Grove and Windsor Gardens. Please note, some positions may require travel between clinics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage complex patient bookings via inbound and outbound calls
• Deliver top-tier patient care, including registration, scheduling, and addressing queries
• Handle inquiries from key stakeholders, including referrers
• Communicate with medical professionals and assist with results and admin duties
• Finalise billing and other essential support tasks
• This role requires flexibility to work across both call centre and reception shifts
